    Villa il Poggetto dominates a wonderful green valley from the top of a hill of Tuscany. The villa is the only building of a property of about m2 10000, which surface is covered by many high trees, an olive grove and a green madow area. The Swimming-pool is the most beutiful amanity of the property but you find there also a perfectly functioning BBQ and a parking area for even 4 cars.
